This information is sent when you login to your account successfully

Is this a one-time purchase?

Yes! CyberSniff is a one-time purchase of 10 GBP, which goes towards funding our service (servers, staff, etc.), we are always upgrading our services, so it's really helpful

What is the policy on hardware ID locking

We do not ban / lock account when they are signed into from another device, instead we will just refuse the login and inform you that the account is paired to another device. You can reset your hardware ID once before having to open a support ticket to get it reset again, the reset system is fully automated and once done, you will be able to login on the device you wish to pair to.
